Join us for an exclusive tour of The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center Outpatient Care Powell, the newest addition to OSU’s suburban outpatient care program. This event is a joint partnership between AMFP Central Ohio and the Academy of Architecture for Health.
Following the tour, a complementary Happy Hour is planned at Nocterra Brewing Co. at 41 Depot St. in Powell thanks to event sponsors Corna-Kokosing, DIRTT, and Accu-tech. All tour participants are welcome to attend!
The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center Outpatient Care Powell will be built on almost 30 acres of land at the northeast corner of Home Road and Sawmill Parkway, across from Olentangy Liberty High School.
The new location will join Outpatient Care New Albany and Outpatient Care Dublin as the third facility of a new suburban outpatient care program to provide convenient access to comprehensive healthcare services – including primary and specialty care along with diagnostic and treatment services where people work and live. The $183 million project includes 200,000 square feet and will design and build a five-story medical office building and a two-story ambulatory health center which includes imaging, outpatient rehab/PT, endoscopy and support services.
This is a construction tour. Proper PPE is required (hard hat, vest, protective eye wear, closed toe shoes).
See below site plan for directions to tomorrow's tour. We will meet outside in the courtyard as shown. Attendees should park in the western parking lot and access the site via Limerick Lane. CK will have a flagger at the gate to direct people to the appropriate place.
