The Association of Medical Facility Professionals (AMFP) plays a central role in developing the Facilities, Project & Asset Management track at the annual Healthcare Design (HCD) Conference & Expo. This track focuses specifically on the strategies, tools, and best practices essential for managing and maintaining the physical assets of healthcare facilities, such as buildings, equipment, and infrastructure.

Each year, AMFP curates a series of sessions that address the unique challenges faced by healthcare organizations in managing their assets effectively. These sessions cover a wide range of topics, including lifecycle management, predictive maintenance, energy efficiency, and the integration of technology for asset tracking and optimization. The goal is to provide professionals with the knowledge and insights needed to improve the performance and longevity of their assets while minimizing costs and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.

Through this specialized track, AMFP ensures that healthcare facility managers, project leaders, and asset management professionals are equipped with the latest tools, methodologies, and industry trends to enhance their operations and support the delivery of quality patient care.
